If you want to switch from your current MonatsTicket Mobilpass im Abo to the Deutschlandticket sozial simply click on the red button. You will need your contract number and your chip card number. You will find both on our letter dated 12 October 2023.

To switch, you have to be the holder of a valid Köln-Pass, MobilPass or Bonn-Ausweis. You can enclose your proof of eligibility with your application as a scan or a photo. You will receive your new chip card for the Deutschlandticket sozial by post.
