Mobility guarantee – refunding of taxi costs
How can I make use of the mobility guarantee?
Submit the application form (see download) as well as the accompanying documents to the transport operator that was responsible for the delay.
In the case of delays to KVB services, you can use the online form and upload the accompanying documents.
- Enclose the taxi receipt with your application and send the documents to the transport operator that was responsible for the delay within 14 days. In the case of delays to KVB services, you are also welcome to use our online form. Following the positive verification of your application, the refunded amount will be transferred to your account.
- If you are unable to obtain the address of the transport operator that was responsible for the delay, the responsible transport authority / the responsible transport association and/or DB Regio NRW will accept your application and forward it accordingly. In this case, please be sure to give your agreement to the forwarding of your data to the responsible transport operator! Please note that with forwarded applications, the processing may take a little longer.
